By accessing or using JOBZY ("we", "us", "our") website, candidate forms, or the Employee Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• Candidate: An individual submitting details/resume for job opportunities.
• Referrer: An individual submitting another person's details under the Referral Program.
• Employer/Client: A company engaging us for recruitment services.
• Website: Our public website and hosted forms/pages operated by JOBZY.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• All information submitted must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
• We may verify information and reject incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent submissions.

4. Services Provided

JOBZY provides recruitment and placement services (primarily for the pharmaceutical industry), including:

• Job matching and placement
• Interview coordination and scheduling
• Resume review suggestions and basic career guidance
• Recruitment enquiries and candidate support

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and updated details when using forms or referral submissions.
• Submit referrals only with the referred person's consent.
• Use the services for legitimate recruitment/job-search purposes only.
• Respect intellectual property and confidentiality obligations.

6. Employee Referral Program Terms

• The referral page is informational. Share JOBZY with candidates so they can submit their own information.
• Referral tracking and status notifications are currently disabled.
• Referral commissions, bonuses and reward payments are currently disabled. No reward is promised.
• Referrals must be genuine. Spam, mass, or consent-less referrals may lead to disqualification/ban.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for recruitment purposes.

8. No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability

• We act as an intermediary between candidates and employers; we do not guarantee job placement.
• We are not responsible for employers' hiring decisions, timelines, compensation, or employment terms.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid to us for the specific service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (including logos, text, graphics, UI components, and forms) is the property of JOBZY or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Communications Consent

By submitting your details, you consent to receive communications (calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email) related to opportunities, interview scheduling, and service updates. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
