This Privacy Policy explains how JOBZY ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, submit candidate forms, or submit a review. By using our services, you also agree to our Terms & Conditions.

2. Information We Collect

• From Candidate Forms: Full name, contact number, email, address, qualifications, work experience, department/designation preferences, resume/CV.
• Reviews: Display name, rating, review text, optional role details, candidate location and permission to publish. Approved reviews display those details publicly; phone numbers and account identifiers are not published.
• Account and request data: Password verifiers, account/session identifiers and request metadata used for authentication and abuse prevention. Browser storage keeps your session and cached profile details; logging out clears account access. Hosting providers may keep request logs.

3. Lawful Basis & Consent

We process data on the basis of legitimate interests (recruitment/placement activities), consent (e.g., when submitting forms or referrals), and contractual necessity. Where required, you may withdraw consent at any time using the contact details below.

4. How We Use Your Information

• Match candidates with suitable job opportunities and share profiles with potential employers.
• Coordinate interviews and provide recruitment updates.
• Provide career guidance and improve our services.

5. Information Sharing

• Employers/Clients: We share candidate data for recruitment purposes.
• Referral information: Website referral tracking and reward workflows are disabled.
• Service providers: Airtable stores candidate profiles, uploaded resumes and configured review records. The hosting provider processes backend requests. Contacting JOBZY through WhatsApp or email also uses those services.
• Legal: When required by law.

We do not sell personal information to third parties for marketing.

6. Data Security

Passwords are stored as salted password verifiers. Candidate access is checked against the account’s bound candidate record. JOBZY staff access recruitment data through authorized administrative tools. Resume files are stored with the candidate record in Airtable. Use the contact details below to request correction, deletion or withdrawal of a published review.
